How can I return an item?
We are proud to offer a hassle-free exchange policy within the GCC. If the customer is not 100% satisfied with his purchase from us he can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Below are the steps which you need to follow to a request for a "return": IOS/Android/Website:
1.Click on ‘My Account’ in the tab bar and login
2.Click on ‘My Returns’
3.Click 'Create new return' and select the items you want to return
4.Click on 'Proceed' and enter your address, the reason for return and whether you want Lyaqa App Credit or a credit/debit card refund (credit/debit card refund is only applicable if you paid for your items using a credit/debit card)
5.Our courier will collect the items from you within 1-2 days
6.Once the item is picked up, we will refund the amount as Lyaqa App credit within 48 hours (if the shipping country is UAE) and within 5 to 7 days
If you have paid by Debit/Credit card you can return the items to LYAQA APP and the refund would be posted as LYAQA APP credit in your LYAQA APP wallet.
Below are the steps which you need to follow if you were unable to create a return request:
Return / Exchange Process for UAE
1.To initiate the return process of the item which you wish to return, you can find return tab in my order pag under the deliver section contact us via phone on +971 800 626744 or visit our Help Centre or contact us by creating a ticket. You can also live chat with us 24 hours by clicking on the right bottom-hand corner of your device/desktop browser.
2.We will inform our courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 2 working days.
3.Your credit will reflect back automatically 48 hours after the item is collected back.
4.You can use your credit to order the same item in a different size or just to order any other item you would like.
Rules and Conditions for Return / Exchange:
1.Return/Exchange can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2.The item should be in good condition and not used along with the original tag.
3.It should also be in the same brand box you received.
Unfortunately, we have a no-return policy on some of our products. We advise you to read the product description thoroughly before purchasing your desired product.

If I’m not happy with my order, do I get a refund and get my money back?
For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund on credit/debit card and/or IN your wallet LYAQA APP
If you paid for your order via a credit/debit card, you can return items to Lyaqa App and also ask for a refund to your credit/debit card.
Just log into your Lyaqa App Account and create a return request within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Make sure that the products are unused along with the packaging (Plastic Bag or Brand Box), and original tag(s) still attached.
You can choose whether you want your money refunded as Lyaqa App Credit or back to your credit/debit card and you’re done!
If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to your Lyaqa App wallet which you can use it to place a new order or you can transfer the credit to your bank account by contacting us, and after sharing your bank details, then the amount should reflect in your bank account within 10 - 14 days.
How can I exchange my product size?
As soon as you create a size change request, we reserve the item you want for yourself.
If the price of the item you’re exchanging has gone up, don’t worry, you won’t have to pay extra to receive it.
Below are the steps which you need to follow to a request for a “size change”:

1.Click on the ‘My Account’ in the tab bar and login
2.Click on ‘Click on ‘My Returns / Size Change’
3.Click 'Create' and select 'Change your size'
4.Select the items you want to exchange
5.Select your new size
6.Click on 'Proceed'
7.Click on ‘Create’ and you’re done!
8.Our courier will collect the original items in 1-2 days and deliver the items you want in exchange at
